A Lazy Sunday Afternoon

I'm sitting here waiting for the last cake of the weekend, a
2 D Optimus - Prime Transformer
to be picked up.
So I thought I should catch up on my blogging.


Here is a look at some of the cakes I have
created in the last week or two.
Butterfly Cup cakes





Mini Chocolate Cup Cakes
with White Chocolate Ganache filling
Pink and Purple butter cream
Decorated in fondant Butterfly's
and flowers
Edible gold glitter sprinkled on top







Castle Cake with Dragon
This cake was an absolute delight to create.
The Castle cake was for twin boys Jack and Hugo who were
celebrating their 7 th Birthday.....

The cake was my Devilish Chocolate Cake with Chocolate frosting through
the centre.
Decorated in sugar paste Icing with handmade
fondant tree's, letters and one gorgeous Dragon.
Green dusting powder around base,
Gold powder dusted over top of castle and dragon
A big thank you to Michelle (Boys mum) for
the lovely thank you letter. For letting me know how much
Jack, Hugo, party guest and herself loved the cake

What more could a man want on his birthday!!!!!
His favourite drink
as his birthday cake and yes it was love at first bite.

Another Divine Chocolate Cake with Chocolate frosting through
the centre.
Decorated in sugar paste Icing and edible silver paint details

Stars and Number on wires
This cake was for a dear friend Kalinda who's
sun Cameron, is mad keen on TMNT.

White Chocolate 21st Birthday Cake



I recently created this beautiful cake for a 21st Birthday.








Dark Chocolate Mud Cake filled with layers of dark Chocolate ganache.

White Chocolate shards around each tier. Topped with white and dark chocolate curls.

Pink, Blue and Purple stars around the cake board and on wires exploding out the top of the cake.










No 21 in Pink fondant Icing, covered in Pink edible glitter.
